Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel has decided to be a part of a program that created a special arrangement to plant seedlings every time a family selects a casket from our showroom floor. 

More than just a fitting tribute, this program provides trees that shelter our wildlife, reduce water and wind erosion, and contribute to the purity of the air we breathe. It’s a way to honor your loved one with a lasting memorial while helping the environment. 

Green Hills Mortuary has associated our community as a contributor to the reforestation of the United States. Green Hills Mortuary and our families have planted over 28,800 trees! Over 11 million trees have been planted as a lasting memorial for loved ones in this program that we have joined. The Living Memorial program helps ensure that future generations will know the beauty of a green planet — a lasting legacy to a life well lived.
