Victoria Catabona

December 23, 1940 - February 7, 2022

Victoria Nicolas Catabona, age 81, a loving mother of three and adoring wife to husband Silvino Cruz Catabona, passed away in the early hours of February 07, 2022 (Monday) in Cerritos, California. Victoria was born on December 23, 1940 in the Philippines to the late Santos Jimenez Nicolas and Remedios Bagobe Dagampat. She was blessed with a large and loving family alongside eight other siblings. Victoria migrated to the United States in 1979. She was united in holy matrimony to Silvino Cruz Catabona in 1980. Victoria is preceded in death by her siblings; Paul, Ester, Antonia, Anita, Mabini, Fortunato, Judith, and Aurora. Victoria loved shopping, traveling, singing, going to Casinos and spending time with her grandchildren. Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. Her beautiful Christian life will forever be cherished in the lives of her husband (Silvino), children (Edgar, Leah, Javier, Eliza, Edwin, and Jocelynn) and grandchildren (Kelvin, Andre, Marilani, Diego, Aidan, Kai, and Kelan). Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday February 24, 2022 at Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Pallbearers will be: Edgar Japco, Edwin Catabona, Kelvin Japco, Andre Japco, Diego Montaño and Aidan Montaño. The family would like to thank you for your prayers and support during this time.
